Sound Decision Consulting Principal Martin Dyster has worked continuously in the Broadcast and Pro Audio sectors since joining Intercom pioneers Philip Drake in 1987. The majority of his career was spent at Systems Integration specialist Television Systems Limited (TSL) leading the Audio Systems and Product departments, responsible for all aspects of audio and communications system design as well as bringing a range of industry leading audio products to market.
Leaving TSL in 2014, Martin set up Sound Decision Consulting, and has since worked with diverse international clients in the UK, Ireland, USA, Asia and the Middle East. Working with an iconic US audio solutions company, Martin has lead the evolution of a range of award winning Audio over IP Communications products, providing ongoing Business Development services as well as Brand Management. Additonal recent client engagements have involved Project Management, Broadcast Systems design services and workflow consultancy in the entertainment and leisure industry
